We Are Now Renters...

After a couple hiccups, Amy and I closed on the house we are selling today. We will close on the house we are buying next week. We were much more worried about this closing than we are about the one next week. The buyer's realtor has been very unpleasant to work with (and that is putting it nicely).

As a little closing treat, Kary (one of our awesome realtors) brought Amy and I four cupcakes from one of their favorite bakery's.


As you can see from this picture, two of them (the chocolate and vanilla ones) didn't last very long. Trust me...there were four in there when Kary gave them to us a couple hours ago. These other two might make it to tomorrow.
